My name is Mark Baltrusaitis. I design and develop web sites. The Josie Programme is the identity underwhich I brand my web projects. I specialize in attractive and intuitive Standards compliant web design and development in PHP, MySQL, XHTML, CSS and Javascript.

I currently reside in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in a neighborhood where all the streets are named after seventeenth century American colonies. I enjoy running, reading, film and hanging out with my girlfriend and our dogs Luke, a Chesapeake Bay Retriever, and Lola, a Labradoodle.
